Welcome to originestudio.com, operated by Origine Strategic Studio Inc. ("the Studio"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit harmful or malicious content, or copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, video, designs, graphics, logos, case studies, and brand materials, is the property of Origine Strategic Studio Inc. unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent. Photographs and video displayed on this site remain the copyright of the Studio. Client usage rights are governed by separate project agreements.

3. Project Engagements

All projects are subject to a separate Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work, which outline the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, licensing, and payment terms. The Studio reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion. Details shared through the contact form or by email do not constitute a binding agreement.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined in each project's Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes (GST/QST). Late payments are subject to interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Confidentiality

We handle all sensitive information shared with us responsibly and securely. Proprietary business information, strategy, and project details shared during engagements are treated as confidential. Clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of the Studio's processes, pricing structures, and proprietary methods.

6. Portfolio and Publishing Rights

The Studio retains the right to use delivered project materials for portfolio, case study, marketing, and promotional purposes after the client's public launch. Materials are not published before the client's own announcement. This right is outlined in the Studio's Master Service Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this website, delays caused by third-party vendors or platforms, or business outcomes based on strategy, design, or content decisions. The Studio's total liability under any individual project is limited to the total contract amount of that project. Use of this website and our services is at your own risk.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

The Studio complies with applicable privacy legislation, including Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25). Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess project fit. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
